Pulse 40.2.13 in-app updater does not know 40.3.0 is available #37

Pulse 40.2.13 is thinking it is the latest version when the Check for Updates button is pressed. Had to go to the website to download 40.3.0 manually.

Yes, it's not available for auto update. We're going to publish the next release as an update instead.
