Usually, it's a temporary issue. Let us know if it's repeated constantly.

Hi megahertz, Yes. I will keep an eye on it and have just sent a support request to “Impact Soundworks”, because the FAQ's on their website did not help me.

A complete reinstallation did not help either, not even to another folder on an external hard disk. It is possible that the file on their server is corrupted, because the download keeps aborting at approx. 90% and displays an error message. Curiously, the error message only appears for this one product.
