Auto generate short video clips of people, places etc (like ios memories) #1057

This is the most complete photo gallery app out there, but its still missing the only feature that makes me sad to move from icloud photos; there's still no alternative to ios memories which is the most important feature for me. When my iphone auto generates video clips of my dog over the years, complete with transitions and music, there's just no going back to making my own slideshows. The entire reason I take pics on my iphone these days is solely to see what wonderful memories it can create for me to save and show my family later on the tv. Its the only thing keeping me tied to icloud.

Describe the solution you'd like

Please add a feature that auto generates slideshows with transitions and music using intelligent grouping of photos and videos based on location, dates, people and pets.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've searched everywhere for something but I could not find anything to replace ios memories.

I would also like this feature. The best phone able to create this kind of video was (or is?) Huawei, with "HUAWEI Highlights".

Since Memories can detect faces and locations, it would be a nice feature to complete this app :D
