.nomemories not applying to subfolders #1264

Describe the bug

Unsure if this is a bug or feature, but .nomemories in a root folder will not prevent memories from scanning subfolders

Steps To Reproduce

Create a folder called videos Create a .nomemories file Create a subfolder with a video It gets scanned

.nomedia seems to work, but that applies to too many other programs to use for folders you don't want in memories as it would have collateral impact

edit: .nomemories doesn't seem to work at all. Added it into folders before running main scan occ preview:generate-all -vvv Still scanning those folders
