Become an Android cloud media provider #1306

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Nextcloud backed up images are not available in the Android photo picker.

Describe the solution you'd like The solution would ne to become an Android cloud media provider

I am not sure how this could be achieved because of the eligibility clause, but I think the Android app could become the only gallery app I'd need on my phone with this feature
