[Feature Request] Option to play videos on hover #444

It would in my opinion be nice to have the option to enable a feature where videos that are hovered over in the timeline or in a folder view are played in their thumbnail with no sound. I know that Google Photos and Immich support this.

This can be challenging for the server because we do video transcoding. Immich doesn't do any transcoding AFAIK, so videos not supported by the browser won't play anyway; so they don't have this problem.
