Video playback speed inconsistencies

Describe the bug When viewing videos, performance varies between viewing platforms. Firefox: Videos load extremely slowly and sometimes won't even play Chrome: however videos play quickly on Chromium browsers, with Chrome running perfectly, and very quickly, Edge: Runs quickly too, but without any video, just the audio plays. Memories app for android: videos play quickly and very well. Maybe not as quick as on Chrome, but still good. nc-photos: But on nc-photos videos take a very long time to load, but seem to play normally after a long time most of the time

To Reproduce Play a video on various browsers and apps

Platform:

• OS: Windows 10 Enterprise 10.0.19045 Build 19045
• Browser: Firefox, Chrome, Edge
• Memories Version: 6.1.5
• Nextcloud Version: 27.1.1
• PHP Version: 8.1.23

Is this with or without transcoding?

Ah sorry, I thought I sent the reply straight away and just noticed that I hadn't... Transcoding is disabled in the Memories settings "Video Streaming" section, and in the "Transcoder" section, enable external transcoder is disabled, and the settings below this are all default

I have been using the Memories android app for a while now which works perfectly. The issues are still the same with the other options
