I was wondering if the original timestamps (with respect to MIMIC-III and VitalDB) of each segment can be recovered from the information provided in PulseDB. I tried comparing the waveforms to those in VitalDB, extracted after SegmentID * 10 seconds, but they don't seem to match.
Background of my question: PulseDB only contains at most 10 hours of waveform data per record, as clearly stated in the documentation. However, MIMIC-III contains much longer ICU stays, and I'd like to add some of the additional waveform data to my local copy of PulseDB. But this is only possible if I know what is contained in PulseDB already, of course. Extracting everything from MIMIC-III from scratch would be an alternative, but I'd like to build upon the existing PulseDB as much as possible :)
