add --suppress-permalink support to preview #32

I was evaluating using the pulumi orb for some of our circleci configurations and one of the features that we want is the ability to be able to use the --suppress-permalink flag when executing pulumi preview

We're running an older version of pulumi and it looks like the functionality around this flag has changed(https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi/pull/6251), so I'm going to close this out.
