Add video link to README once published to youtube #19

The video enumerates most of the value prop, and runs through several demos in this repo. Once published to youtube we should link it in this readme.

@meagancojocar looks like pulumi/pulumi accomplishes this by checking in the youtube preview image at the root of the repo and then doing displaying the picture as a link:
