document steps to take if wanting to "move from an individual account to a team account" #11698

overview

a common question we receive is how do i move my individual account to a team account. this is not technically possible. what folks need to do is create an organization, and then transfer stacks from their individual account to their team account.

we document accounts here: https://www.pulumi.com/docs/intro/pulumi-service/accounts/ and how to transfer stacks here: https://www.pulumi.com/docs/intro/pulumi-service/projects-and-stacks/#transferring-stacks

we should consider adding information that answers this common question to the accounts page, ideally linking to the transferring stacks section instead of duplicating information on how to transfer stacks.
