Convert (Right Click + Copy) to (Click to Copy) on Headings

Issue details

I noticed the headings in the registry are currently only halfway linked for UX. Love the fact they are jump links, but they require a two-step process to copy the link for use. Can we change this feature to be more like the functionality of Google Search Central? Personally, I know I'm more likely to use a feature that is a one-step process (click to copy) than a two-step process (right-click + copy).

This will also speed up the process of anyone from our marketing or social media teams finding things to link in outgoing content.

Affected area/feature

Hold down CTRL+click to visit the package page for Azure Native and scroll down to "Example", hover your mouse over it. Now hold down CTRL+click to visit the Google Search Central page for Advanced SEO and hover your mouse over the second title on the page "Control how Google crawls and indexes your site".

I've seen this pattern more and more lately, FWIW, and it's actually kind of nice, because if you're clicking that link yourself, there's an extremely high chance you're only doing so in order to do something with it (like share it):

this is not specific to registry, so if we make this change we will need to do it to the docs headings as well. i think this issue should be moved to pulumi-hugo.
