Error creating Kubernetes cluster: POST https://api.digitalocean.com/v2/kubernetes/clusters: 422 (request "0602e698-033b-432d-8b9f-25242c8b9822") creating a cluster would exceed cluster limit

Can either a) request a quota increase on the DO account, or b) understand that this sort of failure may occur transiently due to overall utilization

Ok, our Kubernetes cluster and droplet limits in the CI account have been raised to 30 and 100 respectively, so we should be covered here for a while. Closing.
