Enhancement - AWS TS Containers readme needs to update supported Fargate regions #1487

The content of the readme for this example states that there are only four regions that support Fargate. This information is out of date according to the AWS documentation.

I propose updating this section to direct users to the AWS documentation for supported regions rather than manually keeping up with a list over time.
