Cannot install to on prem DevOps #136

Trying to install this extension on our local DevOps (Dev18.M170.8) throws the following error:

Task definition input 'createPrComment' and Task definition input 'useThreadedPrComments' must belong to same group as they are dependent inputs for Task with ID '66148448-e174-4167-91a4-0ac63f4a10ca'.
