GCP ProjectSink destinations are missing examples #1038

Can confirm that there are examples on google_logging_project_sink | Resources | hashicorp/google | Terraform | Terraform Registry that are not present in the linked doc as we would hope.

This is probably a result of some conversion errors as we attempt to translate them from hcl, causing the example to be dropped.
