Guides are auto-generated, so they remain in the registry.

These are direct copy + paste from the registry docs. I have not changed the prose.

This PR also serves to check if CI is genuinely red, or if https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-gcp/issues/2659 is just caused by repeated flakes.
