gcloud certficate-manager support #192

Is it possible to onboard the alpha certificate manager feature? This feature will enable the full deployment of edge cache through Pulumi. Even the edge-cache is not present in pulumi google native, while it is available in pulumi google classic.

Hi @sghosh-discovery could you point me to any docs that describe Google Certificate Manager API?

Network Services including edge-cache resources are added in https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-google-native/pull/194

On a second look, it doesn't add much value yet. It looks like the API isn't fully described in discovery documents yet... I'll try to check why.

This certificate manager support is needed for the edge-cache service.
