An epic to track shipping v1 of the pulumiservice provider

Some additional issues that would be good to add to this epic:

At the risk of making an enemy of everyone responsible for doing this, do we wanna rename the provider? Would be nice for 1.0 since I think the name Pulumi Cloud is gonna (hopefully) stick.

Also, could we add #204 to scope? It's not as difficult as it was when I created that issue b/c we have stuff in pulumi/examples that covers the use case.
