Add @iwahbe as acme maintainer to test worfklow generation

My Pulumi colleague @iwahbe mentioned that the Pulumi engineering team is close to the ability to generate the workflows for 3rd party packages, similar to how it is done for Pulumi managed packages.

I'm adding him as a maintainer to this repository so he can test on a third party package.
