issue authenticating both with sql_auth or azure_auth #15

hi, try out I may I always get the same error out of pulumi preview or up. image

tried setting the static Config property or the provider, many different ways, no luck: image

I'm logged in to my azure subscription. hopefully don't have to have those horrible terraform env variables set do I?

@fcavaco Don't set AzureAuth to null.
