Upgrading terraform-provider-scaleway from 2.42.1 to 2.43.0.

It seems that the issue is coming from tfgen that doesn't commit schema file. Could please fix this? This upgrade is locked since August.

@ringods Pulumi Scaleway provider is now 4 versions behind the Terraform provider. Did you plan to stop Scaleway support?

I'm open to contribute but I didn't find any useful documentation. https://github.com/pulumiverse/pulumi-scaleway/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md is empty for example. Right now I just have an environment that could execute every commands of the Makefile. Let me know if I could help by any way. I really want to avoid a return on Terraform.
