Migrate and mirror service #758

So, here's a service I think could be really helpful:

You log in with two accounts, like evan@identi.ca and evan@e14n.com.
For every person evan@identi.ca follows, it makes evan@e14n.com follow that person.
It then makes evan@identi.ca unfollow all those people.
It then makes evan@identi.ca automatically share all the posts by evan@e14n.com.

That should be enough to "move" a user account from one server to another. People who follow you will still get your stuff, and you'll follow them on the new server.

I might try to whip this up, since I kind of need it for myself.
