Unicode "not equals" character is reported as equals #21

Hello! Unicode character "Not equals" ≠ \u+8800 is being reported as "equals" with this synth. This doesn't happen with other synths. In particular, eSpeak doesn't report it at all and Windows OneCore reports it correctly. I understand it's probably hard to get all unicode characters corerctly, but this one is very confusing.

Can be closed, as NVDA reports this natively now.
