I would very much like to have an offline version to use on my mobile. I understand that distributing the whole thing on any market place would violate PrivateerPress' IP due to the name and costs of references being available, but there is probably a way to avoid the problems by not distributing the data files with the application ?

Troop creator is full responsive and can use with all phones and tablets. your browser can make an shortcut on your phone start screen. If the troopcreator files in the cache (open it with an online connection) you also can use it offline

It's fully responsive and that exactly the reason I would like to have it packaged in a more practical way for mobile : you don't always control how and when the cache is cleared. I've done the test, and on my phone I can edit lists on tab I opened when the connection was active, but not create new ones. There is probably an option, somewhere, to control that, but I didn't found it. Hence my request.

i understand but im not familar with app programming and i can't programm an app i only can give you an responsive webside

I was thinking about things like wrappers for html5 apps like electron, phonegap or cortana. I've no idea how to use them, but I heard it's not too complicated.

To use this tools you must follow special rules and i have use AngularJS to create the TroopCreator i dont know if this tools can use AngularJS.

I only can look for an other methode to cache the files than browser cache
