Prevent buffer spam #133

I'm liking ranger and especially deer. But right now it's pretty annoying that every single directory you ever visit will create a new dired buffer. When you navigate away that buffer remains. The net effect is that spending 2 minutes in ranger can spawn a couple of dozen buffers, which get in the way when you want to see what's open, and even eventually hurt perf. It seems like it would be easy enough to have an option that would be checked, so that every time that you navigated away, ranger/deer would close the old buffer as well as opening the new. That way after you hit q, it really wouldn't leave a trace that it had ran... cleaner no?

I didn't notice that they all get cleaned up when you quit ranger, that's good enough, my bad.
