Just a feature request to support all-the-icons in the already awesome ranger.el !

Many thanks for the excellent piece of code ... I just LOVE ranger.el package :)

@fbob, i haven't tried this out yet, but what would Ranger need to do specifically? Couldn't this just be added to dired-mode-hook?

Using (add-hook 'ranger-mode-hook 'all-the-icons-dired-mode) almost works, i have to toggle hidden files to actually see the icons though, for whatever reason.
