ranger-omit-regexp and dired-omit-files from dired-x #152

There seems to be some clashing between these two variables.

If dired-omit-files is set and active, switching to ranger with C-p disables zh in ranger. Omit files are not shown when toggling omit view with zh.

Is this a known conflict and there are workarounds?

I will look into this, I moved away from dired-omit, but didn't consider possible conflicts if someone is using it.
