Ranger-return-to-deer #202

Hello,

I am mostly using deer, and most of the times, after visiting a file, I want to go back to deer. I can achieve this somewhat with ranger-return-to-ranger, only that I don't return to deer, but to ranger. Would it be possible to implement ranger-return-to-deer?

Edit: In general, I would love to have a persistent deer (or ranger), that I can come back to whenever I want. Something similar to a workspace, or a layout in Spacemacs.

I like the idea of working it that way. Will look into persp-mode and Spacemacs layouts to see if I can work it in.
