UX Researcher: CMS User Research - Templates #298

As a UX Researcher _I want_to conduct some research with our CMS users so that I can have some data on the workflows and actions our users will want to take when using the CMS.

@scottnath @Snugug @ineedsubstance @joshkimmell I created an prelim epic for some UX research with our CMS users - but should I put these in WOX CMS instead of Punchcard? I know the user research will be specific to Watson content creator workflows, and am not sure if we will have that built into Punchcard as well?

Let me know if this is the right place, and if not, I'll create them in the right repo. Thanks!

@mkiang3051 - Sounds like if these stories are WOX specific, they need to go in wox-cms. Correct me if I'm wrong team.

@ineedsubstance Yep I agree. I think that's what we decided on. Though I could potentially see some of the flows we create for them possibly making their way to Punchcard; either because 1) Some of their needs may be more general and can apply to Punchcard as well 2) I'm not sure exactly what the some of the base flows in Punchcard will look like vs. WOX CMS - and if they will in fact have many of same flows (or if we would have to design a base non WOX CMS flow for some things in addition to WOX-specific flows)

It could be that I have this epic in both WOX CMS and Punchcard. (Sorry, am rambling...)
