Conduct CMS user interviews with primary users, Jeremy (marketing) and Allen (ID) about user needs for searching, filtering and sorting content #299

Feature: Conduct user interviews around team's needs around a first time experience in the CMS
  As a UX researcher
I want to interview the main users of the CMS
So that I can gather the information I need about user needs around searching, filtering and sorting in the CMS

Scenario: Interview Jeremy Hodge from Watson Marketing
Given that I need to gather data about the marketing team content creation workflow to inform our UX design for searching, filtering and sorting in the CMS
When I go to speak to our key user of the CMS from the marketing team (Jeremy)
Then I will be able to get data that answers my interview questions about the marketing team's needs around searching, filtering and sorting in the CMS, including identifying common scenarios used for search
      And what they search by
      And what they search for
And identifying common scenarios for using a filter
And what they would filter by
And identifying common scenarios for sorting
And and what they would sort by

Scenario: Interview Allen Dean from Watson ID team
Given that I need to gather data about the ID team content creation workflow to inform our UX design for searching, filtering and sorting in the CMS
When I go to speak to our key user of the CMS from the ID team (Allen)
Then I will be able to get data that answers my interview questions about the ID team's needs around searching, filtering and sorting in the CMS, including identifying common scenarios used for search
      And what they search by
      And what they search for
And identifying common scenarios for using a filter
And what they would filter by
And identifying common scenarios for sorting
And what they would sort by
