[Feature Request]: Optional Difficulty Enhancement #4

Describe the feature

I have some ideas for ways that a player could opt into a difficulty enhancement, but I'll have to see if it's possible without making an entirely separate version of the modpack. I remember there being something like /packmode back in some 1.12 pack I played, does that still exist?
