Enlarge the icon image and fit to the height of the row. Use the white theme.

Let's split it into several steps:

  1. A tab view of player (and Enable background modes in info.plist) with a progress bar. #43
  2. Utilize remote control. See http://jaysonlane.net/tech-blog/2012/04/lock-screen-now-playing-with-mpnowplayinginfocenter/ . This step seems complicated when nested with OutputAudioQueue live streaming. #44
