Project Photos #2

Photo uploader is not functioning properly.

Could upload photos but they weren't being displayed.

For projects with no photos a 'photo' should be displayed stating "No Photo's" to prompt users to add photos.

Photo uploader is working and blank image appears on dashboard page but is not yet on project page.

Please add to project page

There doesn't appear to be a way to add captions to photos but there is text 'Photo caption' underneath the photo. Either we should remove photo caption text or add the ability to add captions.

Photos don't appear to be working as a slideshow, shows only one image.
