04-8 is missing #2

https://github.com/punkdit/categories/blob/master/www.mta.ca/cat-dist/archive/2004/04-7 and https://github.com/punkdit/categories/blob/master/www.mta.ca/cat-dist/archive/2004/04-9 exist, but not https://github.com/punkdit/categories/blob/master/www.mta.ca/cat-dist/archive/2004/04-8, though it seems unlikely no emails were sent to the list during this time period.

I see that the file is missing on https://www.mta.ca/~cat-dist/archive/2004/ too, though. I wonder if there was a mistake when archiving.
