Added properties for min and max width and height #130

Added properties

ChildWindowMinWidth
ChildWindowMinHeight
ChildWindowMaxWidth
ChildWindowMaxHeight

which are necessary if you want to constraint the size of the Window but not of the complete control itself. This allows to resize the parent window and the child window keeps the contstraints.
