For the past several days I have been thinking hard about the development workflow, and today I put it down on "paper." With this branch, I am testing out a new dev workflow concept that includes an optional feature/code review/commenting step via a Github pull request (which is exactly what this step is doing, that is, it is doing what it is describing). Please read this to give me your comments as you see fit. You can read about this simple "feature", the description of the workflow. Of course, the workflow itself is appropriately rather complex.
Note: A reviewer has to be a collaborator on the project. I've added @teodorgeorgiev as a collaborator. Once he accepts my invite, I can add him as a reviewer as well.
