Invite system breaks ability to move/join servers/input #23

When using invites through discord and steam the menu appears and takes the mouse/keyboard focus away causing an inability to choose an option or to move/act in-game. When doing this in a local hosting server, due to it not showing in server browser, and disconnecting the request to allow/deny the invitee to join the inviter shows up and causes all inputs to be ignored until the game is manually closed via alt+f4 or other similar means.

Also note I'm in windowed borderless mode, will test with other settings.

@megadrago88 I haven't been able to get this to reproduce, but I think I might not be doing it the right way. Can you list out numbered reproduction steps?
