Another iteration on the architecture allowing more control over single components:

GazeListener independent of GazeVisualizer via GazeController
RequestController autoconnect is now optional
removed hard coded enable on connect bindings for most components
enabling listener invokes "enable on connect" if no connection available
simplified network resource management
stability: handling calibration and recording on disconnect or destory/quit
stability: more null and connection checks
