cygl and pyfontstash are now part of the pyglui repository instead of being their own repositories. This is to improve maintenance of pyglui. Changes to cygl are easier to commit. Nothing changes code-wise. Even pyglui's setup.py has been untouched. Only submodule remaining is fontstash since we are not the owners of this repository.
