No bruh. I suppose you are very new to modding. Android can only run the Bedrock version of Minecraft, while basically every mod requires the Java version (for PC). So yeah, no. That's i m p o s s i b l e .

I suppose you are very new to pocket Java launchers, such as Pojav or HMCL-PE. So yeah, yes. That's more than p o s s i b l e.

You can use any modloader you want. You can even launch other Java PC games like Spiral Knights or OSRS using it.

Apologies my friend, I was not aware of such technological marvel. Back in my days it was believed that an advancement like this would take more than a decade to develop. ...oh, wait... ...damn I'm old (comes from a 17y/o)
