What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch wizard to create "App Engine Connected Android Project"
2. Inspect code

What is the expected output?
Best practices code for using GCM.

What do you see instead?
Example is based on GCMRegistrar.

The documentation for GCMRegistrar states:

This class is deprecated.
Please use the GoogleCloudMessaging API instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Eclipse Kepler Service Release 2;
- Ubuntu 11.04;
- java version "1.8.0_05";
- Android SDK Tools 23.02;
- GPE 3.6.0
