Here are the changes:

Update the Contributing page to be more current, including adding a SPREAD THE WORD message
Refactor the introduction to show more of what Wash can do upfront
Reorganize some links so more "interesting" stuff is first

We could probably iterate on each plugin's screencast, but that can be done separately. I think what's here seems good enough to start with.
