docs should mention meta even if no supported attributes are specified #697

meta is mentioned in the SUPPORTED ATTRIBUTES section of docs' output, but that section is only listed if the entry has at least one supported attribute.

We should probably print an appropriate message just to mention meta. Maybe something like:

SUPPORTED ATTRIBUTES This entry has no supported attributes. However it does have some metadata, which you can view with meta ...
