(hack) Copy Bash autocomplete script to directory to be loaded

This copies the Bash autocomplete script from the Bolt repository to the system autocompletion directory /etc/bash_completion.d/ if that directory exists, so that Bolt autocompletes can be loaded without requiring user action.
