(maint) Ensure git is present on builders for r10k #37

Builds on Linux VMs just started failing because r10k can no longer find git. Update the platform setup to ensure git is present in case we're on images that don't have it installed.

Turns out this was completely sensible. We started using a git source in Bolt's Puppetfile.
