GPL v2 license is incompatible with shipping in PE. Still figuring out
puppet-bolt packaging and whether we can continue to ship it.
In the short term this shouldn't have an impact on pe-bolt-server
functionality, as supporting SSH with kerberos in PE is not a use-case
we've explored.
