Propose branch version scheme #89

Most action component and shared workflow projects use a v# branch scheme.

This would accelerate the adoption of new features and breaking changes.

I think this makes sense as well. With the default being main, we cannot really introduce breaking changes. At Vox Pupuli we've a v1, v2, v3 branch: https://github.com/voxpupuli/gha-puppet/tree/v1
