This update adds the docs/results.md file which documents the Performance and Scale test result directories.

@billclaytor I have no idea why, but GitHub seems to think this needs a rebase.

I have never noticed / tried the 'Update Branch' button but decided to give it a try rather than rebasing locally and pushing the update. Looks like it worked.

This creates a merge commit. Hopefully that does not create any conflicts going forward.
