To be consistent with changes to ssl.sh that produce files named:
server.key - for private key
server.crt - for certificate
server.pub - for public key
Store copies of existing cert files with those names in the repo.
This is necessary for tests to pass since all containers have been
updated to use filenames that no longer include the $CERTNAME
With the real ssl.sh script, these files are symlinks. However,
storing symlinks in a git repo doesn't work in a Windows environment,
so for preloaded certs, use file copies instead
